Tomorrow we will be doing a track practice at Flamingo Track. We will be running between 4 – 5 total miles with half of it being done at a fast pace. Start time is 6:05 am (they usually open the gates between 6:05 and 6:10 am).
Park at the corner of 12th St. and Michigan Ave (see map below).
