Tomorrow we are doing a triple brick. So three times through a bike + run combo. Distances will decrease, while intensity increases. It should be fun!
You are welcome to join us. We will be starting right at 6:30 am. We are trying a new parking location. It’s the small parking lot right in front of the University of Miami center. The build is right between the Miami Sea Aquarium and Bear Cut Bridge. The parking lot is right next to the bathroom. Please see the map below.
