Joey will not be at the workout, but there may be a group meeting up in Key Biscayne’s Tri-Beach on Saturday morning at 6:30 am. The practice is as follows:
- 8 mile run (negative split the run)
- 30 mile bike (even steady state pace)
- 2 mile run (first mile at target race pace)
